Here he is... Born on April 10, 2009 just before 3pm weighing 7 lbs. 13 oz. & 19 3/4 inches long! This is right after he was born and wiped down!
Yesterday morning I got a call from Karl asking if I was ready to be an Aunt today?? Duh, of course I am!! So he told me that Christi's water broke about 6 am. They drove to the hospital and checked in and gave us all updates when he could. Christi did great and he was born just before 3pm...and Christi only had to push for about 20 minutes and the little guy was here!

Baby Lloyd as of right now is nameless because my brother & sister-in-law haven't decided on a name. They started with 4 and have narrowed it down to 3...as of last night. So who knows what this little guy will be called by the time he leaves the hospital.
Here he is after his first bath. HE HATED IT! He was screaming and getting so upset his whole little body turned red. After that traumatic experience...he was OUT...the rest of the night. It didn't matter what we did to him..HE WOULD NOT WAKE UP! We pulled, tugged, lotioned, tried to tickle him and he would just not wake up. Finally, Christi asked the nurse and she said that was pretty normal from them to sleep and not feed for as long as it had been. Phew!
Here are the newest first time Aunts with little Baby Lloyd! So cute! It was fun being able to experience this with Richelle last night. We are going to be GREAT Aunts!
So we thought it would be cute to put new Baby Lloyd on Richelle's prego belly and he really didn't care. But as soon as we laid him on Richelle, Jake & Richelle's baby (Baby Lloyd's cousin) just started kicking his sleeping cousin. Richelle said that all day their little guy was super active and kicking all day! I sure they'll be the best of friends as they get older!
So they should leave the hospital either tonight or tomorrow..and hopefully by then I'll be able to update everyone with his new name!

Today is our 5 year Anniversary. Steve was sweet enough to send me this beautiful flower arrangement to my office. He really is thoughtful!
