Nephew #2 is HERE!!!

My 2nd little nephew FINALLY arrived today! No official name yet...but still super cute. I think he looks like Jake.

He was born on Wednesday, May 27th at 8:30pm. He weighed in at 7 lbs. 12 oz. and 21 inches long!

Quilt #3 and #4

Quilt #3 was for my friend Jill who's baby is due in about 4 weeks and her baby shower was a few weeks ago. She's having a little boy and they're going to name him Elliott. I sure hope he loves his new blankie that was made with love!











Quilt #4...just completed yesterday (May 13th) is for my sister-in-law who is giving me a nephew in just a few days! Richelle LOVES stars and blue...so it was really easy to pick the fabric for this blanket. Hopefully this little guy will grow to love them too. We're all really excited for this little guy to get here! I thought it would be cute to wrap it in some ribbon since it was a gift. I really do enjoy seeing the joy I bring to people when I can give them a gift that I made...you know..things with sentimental meaning. Those gifts are the best! So I hope all 4 quilts get some good use out of them over the many years! The next quilt I make will be for me and much bigger...more to enjoy! =)
